Rehagen The $16M-revenue National Biodiesel Board has promoted Donnell Rehagen to CEO, the Jefferson City, Mo.-based association announced Oct. 31. Rehagen has led NBB as interim CEO since June, after former CEO Joe Jobe left to pursue other career opportunities. Rehagen previously was the association's COO for 12 years. "His detailed knowledge of our organization and deep understanding of our industry certainly leads to a smooth transition," said Ron Marr, chair of NBB's executive committee.
